I aM A MIXED-HERITAGE TRAUMA AND ADDICTION THERAPIST, COMMUNITY HEALER, MENTOR, Facilitator, AND LAND TENDER.

My mission is to nurture a reality where more informed and compassionate cultures of liberation can flourish, in service to our personal and collective healing — one person, one organization, one community, at a time.

My lived experience has helped me to understand that dis-ease is the manifestation of the socio-cultural systems of our times, including patriarchy, colonization, and capitalism. 

In response to a growing need for education, exploration and expanding our capacity for care, I created the Wellbeing for All Framework: a holistic blueprint for creating trauma-informed, life-affirming cultures in the workplace and in our communities. 

I founded Liberation Pathways Healing Space, an Oregon-based BIPOC-led 501c3 with a vision to provide accessible, culturally responsive treatment to historically marginalized populations, and to help create healing spaces for People of the Global Majority (PGM) and LGBTQIA2S+.

My activism bridges evidence-based treatment, somatic approaches, Indigenous methodologies, and other addiction & trauma healing modalities, delivered in a variety of workshops, trainings, live events and courses.

The WELLBEING FOR ALL FRAMEWORK is the trauma-informed DEI training that will improve your organizations work culture and up-level client care in just two days!

Liberation-focused training and consultation services are for companies, organizations and agencies who wish to deepen beyond DEI. This training and consultation package illuminates the way toward a trauma-informed, compassionate, self-aware and social justice-conscious workplace.

Mentorship Programs are for deepening connection and healing with Earth + Plant Medicines: Ancestral Elixirs Earth Medicine Mentorship and Journey Work: Preparation + Integration Guidance. Individual and Group programs available.

Individual Therapy is clinical mental health counseling focused on trauma-informed, evidenced-based approaches through a decolonized, liberation-focused lens.

Courses include the Sacred Connection: Tending the Deep Wound and Mestiz(e): Finding Belonging and Mixed-Race Folx.

Local Retreats and Workshops currently include The Sacred Erotic: Reclaiming the Erotic Soul for femme-bodied humans 45+. Will be offered in multiple towns/cities in Oregon.

Jungle Sacred Plant Medicine Journey: This is journey to the Amazon region in Peru for working with plant medicines. Facilitated by a traditional, lineage Curandero Don Jose Campos.
